The second T20 international of this series takes place on Sunday at Bristol at 14:30 BST and will, of course, have coverage of that on the BBC Sport website with commentary from the TMS team.

Before then, England's women face West Indies at Taunton in a one-day international on Saturday at 11:00 which we will also be all over.

England captain Harry Brook at the presentation: "I'm very pleased to get this series up and running with a win.

"It's unbelievable to have Dawson and Rashid working from both ends, operating the way they've done for so many years, and that wealth of experience.

"Jos Buttler is unbelievable. To have him in this T20 team batting in the top three, it's an honour.

"We had a bit of a tricky period through the middle overs with the bat. If we can get a few more boundaries here and there, keep running hard, that's one learning. And then nail the back end with the yorkers. We've got to take opportunities to learn from every game."

West Indies captain Shai Hope at the presentation: "We didn't bowl as well as we wanted in the powerplay but I must commend the bowlers for the fight they showed to pull them back and give us a good chance to chase 180, 190.

"A lot of teams like to throw spin at West Indies. It's something we're aware of. We need to get better as a batting unit. We've got so much depth. We're so powerful, so destructive.

"We've got to put this behind us and we've got two games to win the series."

Player of the match Liam Dawson at the presentation: "I feel really good. Really pleased to contribute to a really good win.

"When you get 190 on the board, you can go out there and simplify everything. You can bowl defensively and they've got to come to you. Tonight, it worked.

"It's been maybe three-and-a-half years since I played. I was nervous going into the game but I'm happy to contribute.

"You know West Indies have got extreme power. Trying to hold your length as much as you can [is key]. Hopefully we play well again on Sunday."

He missed out on the player of the match award but here are the highlights from Jos Buttler's half-century...

England have extended their winning run under the official captaincy of Harry Brook to four matches.

Jos Buttler was the standout with the bat, scoring 96 runs off 59 balls as England set West Indies 189 to win.

The returning Liam Dawson then picked up 4-20 to secure a 21-run victory.

We'll have plenty of reaction to follow, so don't go anywhere.

Very impressive from England. To win by 21 runs in a T20 is quite big. There were pockets of the game where it felt closer. From an England point of view they keep the momentum going.

Romario Shepherd runs a single. 36 runs from five deliveries.

Jason Holder finishes the over with a boundary, whipping the ball fine for four.

However, barring a hideous six deliveries from Matthew Potts, England are home and dry.

A boundary at last!

It's not a good shot but the edge of Romario Shepherd's bat is enough to take Brydon Carse's short ball over Jos Buttler and away to the rope for four.
