A BBC investigation has heard from several customers, who were using the same meet and greet company to park their cars at Stansted Airport, and say their vehicles were damaged, keys were lost and dash cam footage was wiped.
One customer says the damage has cost up to £6,500 in repairs.
The firm involved strongly disputes the allegations.
